## Menu

### Beer

- Piknik: Brewed for Seattle, inspired by the Slovenian Alps. Piknik was brewed with a blend of distinctive European Pilsner malts and the unique Styrian Bobek hop, giving it a pleasant bitterness hugged by a soft malt flavor. Piknik was open fermented at 8°C, cold conditioned at -0.5°C for forever, and naturally carbonated. It pours clear with a rocky, distinctive head. Brewed specifically for picnic tables and friendly chats about what we see in the clouds.; ingredients: Seattle water, Slovenian hops, Pilsner malts
- Free Jazz: Free Jazz was brewed in collaboration with the avant-garde lager brewers from Double Elbow (Rochester, MN) and Living Häus (Portland, OR). Free Jazz was calculated and improvised in equal measure – decocted, open-fermented, lagered for a long time, and naturally carbonated. A blend of medium to highly kilned malts coax notes of graham cracker, dried cherry, and bittersweet baking bars.; ingredients: A blend of Munich malts, Vienna, Pilsner, & a touch of chocolate malt
- Heavy Connection: Heavy Connection was brewed in collaboration with TapRoom Beer and inspired by a delicious, nutritious breakfast. This beer is reminiscent of that first morning cup paired with a piping hot bowl of oatmeal. Aromas rich with caramel malts and freshly brewed coffee meet a silky, present mouthfeel that belies its sessionable ABV. It's a nice beer and a beautiful exploration into modern malting techniques.; ingredients: Outer Dark Coffee & hazelnut
- Como la Flor: Como la Flor – like the flower – an ode to Citra in all its alluring and spirited forms. A full and beautiful expression of the hop flower on a soft bed of PNW-grown wheat and pilsner malt. We hope you enjoy, con tanto amor.; ingredients: Citra, Citra, Citra
- UBIQUITY: ubiquity is an experimental West Coast IPA using hops grown in Yakima, WA by CLS farms, with lots selected by Human People. We add enough hops – and sometimes more – to showcase every aspect of our favorite hop flowers and selected lots. ubiquity is immediately aromatic, full of tangelo-nectarine jam and blueberry compote.; ingredients: El Dorado, Chinook, Comet, Elani, & early pick CTZ
